If you are unhappy with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of the charge date. No justification is required.
Refund requests received after seven (7) days from the charge date are reviewed case-by-case but are not guaranteed.

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your card issuer or payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.
You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Data export remains available for thirty (30) days after the subscription ends.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to resolve any billing concern fairly and quickly. Chargebacks may result in suspension of the Service for the affected account.
If a renewal payment fails, we attempt to retry the charge for up to seven (7) days. During this period, paid features may be temporarily limited. If payment is not successfully collected, the subscription is paused and you may resume it by updating the payment method.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to refund requests already submitted.
