By accessing or using Exodia ("the Service"), operated by Mohamed Adel Mamoun Ibrahim as a sole operator based in Cairo, Egypt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Exodia provides Invoice Intelligence: a high-accuracy extraction service for text-based PDF invoices. The Service outputs structured invoice data in JSON, CSV, and XLSX formats. The Service is rule-based.
The Service is delivered via a web portal at invoice.exodiacore.com and via the official Telegram bot @ExodiaInvoiceBot.
Output is intended to assist accounting and administrative workflows. Review is required before any accounting, tax, or financial use.
Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, Inc. acting as the Merchant of Record on behalf of Exodia. By subscribing, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may be converted to other currencies at checkout.
Sales taxes, VAT, and similar levies, where applicable by your jurisdiction, are calculated and collected by the Merchant of Record.

The Service produces structured data extracted from PDF invoices. Output is rule-based and may contain errors, omissions, or misclassifications. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it for accounting, tax, regulatory, audit, or financial purposes.
Exodia makes no claim of error-free output and does not replace professional accounting judgement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exodia's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exodia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends at the close of the current billing period. Data export is available for thirty (30) days after termination upon written request to support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
